Storey Racing start 2023 with a five rider roster and the opportunity to add riders to the team as the race calendar evolves. The British racing calendar has undoubtedly suffered as a result of the covid-19 pandemic, with only 5 races in the British National Road series for 2023. With only the Cicle Classic and Lincoln Grand Prix held ahead of the National Road Championships, the methods for helping riders to develop and achieve results at the Nationals are entering a different phase.
Now entering their 10th year as a British team and with 2 seasons as a UCI team during the past decade, Storey Racing are as motivated and determined as ever to support their riders to achieve their best and their are some exciting plans amongst the current five riders.
Charlotte Parnham achieved an amazing set of results within Masters Track racing and with the World Masters Track Championships returning to Manchester in October, this will be a key event for her to target.

Erin Avill enters 2023 combining her first year at Sheffield Hallam University with her second year as an U23 rider. Showing immense strength and improvement in her first year U23 in 2022, Erin will be continuing to target road and circuit events, whilst developing that all important time trial ability.
Tandem pilot Corrine Hall, WC1 category rider Katie Toft and WC5 category rider Sarah Storey will all be targeting the 2023 World Championships in Glasgow, with every discipline of cycling racing for rainbow stripes within a 10 day period from 3-13 August, in and around the Glasgow area of Scotland. With numerous World Cup events in the build up for Katie and Corrine and a mix of UK and European TT events as the focus for Sarah, the trio will be working hard to retain their impressive haul of World Championship titles and medals from 2022.

2023 is the first year the team has entered a year without a Team Kit Sponsor, after the departure of Le Col from the team sponsor roster towards the end of 2022. With an ambitious and multi-talented group of riders and a team history rich in providing unique opportunities for rider development and sponsor collaborations, this is an exciting time for the team to be looking to work with a different brand as the team works towards seeking selection of their riders on the Paris 2024 roster.
