Hannah is a Rio Paralympian and trike rider who started cycling in 2013 having done RaceRunning at World level prior to that. In 2018 she was the first rider on a 3 wheel bike to sign for a UCI team and as well as making the World Championships for GB Cycling Team, she also became the RaceRunning European Champion.
A British Champion on the Trike in 2016, Hannah was selected for the Rio Games where she finished 5th in the Trike events on a flat non-technical course which didn’t play to her strengths. She ranks her best results as Silver in a World Cup and gold at European level but after further improvements to finish 4th at the 2018 World Championships is now fully focused on gaining selection for the 2019 Road World Championships in The Netherlands in September. Hannah is also targeting additional Tokyo points scoring events in a bid to be selected for her 2nd Paralympic Games next year.
Having previously studied for a BSc in Physiology, Hannah is now doing her Masters degree at Manchester Met University and last year studied part-time alongside her training for an OU degree in Creative Writing and English Literature.
