Storey Racing

Storey Racing is a unique team based in the UK which was launched in 2017 by Dame Sarah and Barney Storey. Team riders are nurtured to produce their own best performance and progress through the ranks of women's cycling.

Storey Racing is a 12 rider team for 2019, with riders from Youth A age to Senior and 3 paracyclists. The squad personifies the team's #BestVersionOfYou mentality which seeks to inspire everyone around them to be the best they can be. Regardless of age, performance level or activity preference being the best you can be is all anyone can ask of you. The Storey Racing logo also features a heartbeat at the centre, depicting the effort and centre of the person striving for their own best performance. Riders in the team will race Road, Track, Time Trials and Cyclocross across the course of the year and will be soon on a television near you!

BOBC Cycling Team

The Boot Out Breast Cancer Cycling Club was launched in 2016 as the sister team to professional riders allowing club members to share the journey of Storey Racing more closely. The club is open to riders of all ages and abilities and is a community of like-minded individuals and families who enjoy the #YourClubYourWay approach, whilst keeping in touch with the role models striving for elite performances.

Dame Sarah Storey
Team Captain
Sarah returned to racing in 2018 after the birth of her second child in October 2017. With an astonishing 32 world titles, Sarah has also broken a world record on 76 occasions. Sarah also remains focused on Tokyo 2020 which will be her 8th Games.
Elynor Backstedt
Junior World Bronze Medallist
Elynor secured bronze at the Junior World Time Trial Championships in September 2018 whilst still a first year junior, now in her second year junior she is aiming for the podium again at the Yorkshire 2019 Road World Championships.
Hannah Dines
Trike speciallist
Hannah was a Rio Paralympian finishing 5th in the road race and time trial. After 4th places in the Road World Championships in 2018, Hannah is targeting selection for her second Games in Tokyo 2020.
