Storey Racing

Storey Racing is a unique team based in the UK which was launched in 2017 by Dame Sarah and Barney Storey. Team riders are nurtured to produce their own best performance and progress through the ranks of women's cycling.

Storey Racing is a 10 rider team for 2021, with riders from Youth A age to Senior and riders targeting paracycling events. The squad personifies the team's #BestVersionOfYou mentality which seeks to inspire everyone around them to be the best they can be. Regardless of age, performance level or activity preference being the best you can be is all anyone can ask of you. The Storey Racing logo also features a heartbeat at the centre, depicting the effort and centre of the person striving for their own best performance. Riders in the team will race Road, Track, Time Trials and Cyclocross across the course of the year and will be soon on a television near you!

BOBC Cycling Team

The Boot Out Breast Cancer Cycling Club was launched in 2016 as the sister team to professional riders allowing club members to share the journey of Storey Racing more closely. The club is open to riders of all ages and abilities and is a community of like-minded individuals and families who enjoy the #YourClubYourWay approach, whilst keeping in touch with the role models striving for elite performances.


Meet key members of the Storey Racing Cycling Team

Dame Sarah Storey
Team Captain
Sarah returned to racing in 2018 after the birth of her second child in October 2017. With an astonishing 38 world titles, Sarah has also broken a world record on 76 occasions. Sarah also remains focused on Tokyo 2020 which will be her 8th Games.
Corrine Hall
Tandem Pilot - Paralympic Champion 3000m Pursuit
Paralympic Champion in the 3000m Tandem Pursuit, Corrine Hall is also a six time world champion and has been national champion on her solo bike too. Racing for Storey Racing in a largely virtual sense during the pandemic of 2020, she has her sights set on the reorganised Tokyo Games, where she hoped to defend her title from Rio in 2016.
Monica Dew
Team mentor
Monica called time on her successful cycling career in March 2020 and will continue her time with the team as a mentor and member of the highly valued support team. Always demonstrating the team values of a strong work ethic and focusing on #BestVersionOfYou, Monica lives the importance of these values in everything she does off the bike now too.
